Personal Background

MURIEL

This memorial website was created by CAROLYN SEGAL in loving memory of MURIEL LEMKE.

MURIEL was born on 01.02.1928 and sadly passed away on 8.15.2008 at the age of 80.

MURIEL is missed greatly by family and friends and will be remembered forever.

Muriel is survived by her 3 daughters Linda, Janie and Carolyn; her husband Bill Lemke; 5 grandchildren Michelle, Michael, Bill, Nick, and Bob; 9 great grandchildren and her sister Lois.

She loved watching nature and all animals.  Especially the birds and squirrels that use to frequant her feeders.

Muriel was a true Christian in every sense of the word.  She loved God and was very active in her Church.  Matter of a fact she was a member of two Churches.

My Mother, Muriel, was such an important part of my life and she made a big impact on me.  I love her with all my heart and have lost not only a Mother but a sole mate.  I am so proud to have had her as a Mother and a friend.

I want to thank both of my sisters, Linda and Janie, for being there for Mom when I couldn't.  I know she loved all of us very much and I am sure it ment a great deal to her to have you there as much as you were.  You both are very special people who I cherish very much.

I just added her Memorial Video.  Please click on the Audio/Video tab to view.  A big heartfelt thank you to Denina Geistlinger who made the video for my Mom.  If you have a question about the video her email is denina@comcast.net

Can't wait to see you in Heaven Mom................I love you!!!

Jacky Richmond - hi 931l5vf15un2dnr1 good luck

Deborah Mayo - hi 931l5vf15un2dnr1 good luck

Carolyn - Mom, didn't make it to your and Dad's grave on our trip. We did have a good time though. It was just too short and there wasn't enough time. I think deep down I really didn't want to open up that wound of your really being gone from my life. I miss you more than I ever thought I would. People keep asking if things are getting back to normal. Heck no! Things will never get back to "normal". You are gone so a new life has to happen and things are changed. So, yes I am getting back to life without out, building a life that doesn't have you in it. A hard thing to do but we gotta keep moving on. You were such a special person and we all miss you. XOXO~Carolyn

Janie - Your services yesterday were wonderfull mom. We did you proud !!!!!! So many people attended and expressed their love for you. You are really missed. Love You Janie
